In our last blog we went over 5 Reasons to Join Group Training at No Limit Fitness Studio. This week, we’re going to delve into the reasons you should hire a personal trainer with us!

  1. Our Trainers Are Vetted
    No matter how many gyms you go to you will see very similar claims about the personal trainers they employ: “We have the best trainers!” “Our trainers are awesome!” “Best trainers in town!” etc. If you don’t know much about fitness, which is often why you’d be hiring a trainer in the first place, it’s impossible to tell if a trainer is good or not. At No Limit Fitness Studio, we make sure our trainers know how to move and how to help people move correctly. Let’s take squats for example. If you went to any of the three of us; Darcie, Gene, or Zach and asked us to show you how to squat you would end up squatting with great form. It wouldn’t matter which of the three of us helped you because we know our stuff. Each of us might take a different approach to teaching the squat, but the end result would be the same.

    All three of our trainers have been training clients for five to ten years. Through those years we’ve helped clients with all different kinds of needs ranging from weight loss, strength training, to correctional movement. You will have an experienced trainer who knows how to work around and through any injuries or chronic pain at No Limit Fitness Studio.

    Personal training is the best path to see the results you want because we develop a personalized plan for you. We aren’t taking workouts from a random site off the Internet and having you follow it, we are building a specific program for you to achieve the goals you have in mind. This gives you and us the opportunity to work around and through any injuries or chronic issues you may have.

    At No Limit Fitness Studio, we of course want you to see results, but we also need you to see them. Personal training is available almost everywhere. We are a boutique fitness studio, which means we take a more personal and in-depth approach with all of our clients. If we don’t get our clients the results they’re looking for it’s easy for them to go somewhere else. So we know what we have to do, give our clients the best training available in Washington and the surrounding area. It’s why we have the best classes, and our classes are led by our trainers. Imagine if you had them all to yourself for that full hour!

    Leading in from the last point, we need you to see results. So we’re going to hold you accountable. We’re going to make sure you show up for your appointments, start eating better, and get great advice for what to do outside the gym. We may only train you 2-3 hours a week, but it will feel as though we’re there all the time, even when you don’t want us to see the small cheat meal you afforded yourself!
